PRODUCT ACCESS + USE
Access, Use, and Product Boundaries
The operating boundaries for access to SeedStream market information, research and paid product surfaces.
SeedStream reports market information and research; it is not an order-entry or brokerage surface.
Entitlements, freshness states and publication boundaries are part of the product.
Access and account use
SeedStream access is licensed to the authorized user for the applicable public, Standard or FAST surface. Users should keep account credentials secure and should not attempt to bypass entitlement or product controls.
Permitted use
SeedStream may be used as an information and research input inside a user’s own process. Access does not grant a right to redistribute, resell, mirror or repackage protected SeedStream interfaces, research, publications or paid data surfaces.
Information service boundary
SeedStream does not execute trades, hold brokerage authority, or provide personalized order instructions through these product surfaces. Users remain responsible for how they interpret and use published information.
Availability and data condition
Market information, calculations and services may be delayed, stale, unavailable, corrected or revised when source or system conditions require it. Freshness and quality indicators are part of the product record, not decorative labels.
Plans, payments and cancellation
Final production billing, renewal, cancellation, refund and payment-provider terms require launch approval. The public product should disclose those mechanics before a paid user commits.
Intellectual property
SeedStream interfaces, publications, state definitions, research presentation, product identity and associated Alcoden materials remain protected intellectual property except where a separate license expressly says otherwise.
Final production terms
Jurisdiction-specific legal language, dispute terms, liability provisions and final effective-date mechanics remain subject to owner/legal approval before public launch.
