How SeedStream Handles Information
How SeedStream is designed to handle account, service, payment-adjacent and support information while keeping the intelligence product focused on what it actually needs.
Payment processing belongs in the production payment-provider flow rather than throughout intelligence surfaces.
Optional product features such as notifications should remain controllable by the user.
Scope
This page describes the intended privacy posture for SeedStream product access, account operation, security telemetry, preferences and support interactions. Final production privacy language and retention schedules require launch review.
Information categories
Depending on the feature used, SeedStream may process account identifiers and authentication records, service usage and security telemetry, notification preferences, payment-status references supplied by the payment provider, and support communications.
Why information is used
Information is used to authenticate access, enforce entitlements, protect the service, operate requested features, diagnose product or access problems, meet applicable obligations and improve reliability.
Payments
Payment processing is intended to remain with the production payment provider. SeedStream does not need to make sensitive payment details part of normal market-intelligence surfaces.
Retention and security posture
Production retention periods, deletion workflows and account-request handling must be finalized before public launch. Security controls should be proportionate to the account, entitlement and operational information actually retained.
User choices
Optional notifications may be disabled. Account, privacy and support request paths should be clear and should not require users to disclose more information than the request needs.
Functional browser storage
SeedStream may use first-party browser storage for requested interface functions such as the user’s Color View / Dark View preference. This functional storage is separate from advertising or cross-site tracking, which is not part of the review build.
